Sahana is the co-founder and serve as COO at NovoTree Minds. She was Instrumental in hiring the Analytics Professional’s, Setting-up Financial services team of a fortune 50 client and Managing outsourcing. An expert practitioner hiring Analytics Professionals, involved in setting up and scaling NTM center’s in Bangalore and Moodbidri. In her earlier leadership role, she was involved in building HSBC’s Analytics in India.

She has been instrumental in conceptualizing and bringing together talent, handling Analytics & Technology professionals hiring, mentoring team, handling delivery with day to day operations and execution as per plan. Apart from being an ED at NTM, I am actively involved with The Inner Wheel Club of Mangalore North. Inner Wheel is the first women’s service organization in Mangalore city. Inner wheel is a dedicated platform to serve the community in terms of promoting women’s sense of self-worth, their ability to determine their own choices, and their right to influence social change for themselves and others by filling in the gap of gender inequality. In her leisure time, she enjoys watching movies of different genres, explore different places with family and read novels.

She has over 15 years of experience in recruitment with a strong understanding of KPO industry with good client engagement skills. She is involved in the process right from strategizing the significant moves of distributing the requirements to uplifting the morale of the fabulous staff.
