She is involved in strategizing her team’s achievement along with training them to grow in every aspects of life. She is determined to serve clients’ need in every possible way. Spearheading and supervising various programs and projects within an organization, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow in the organization. Promoting and developing an engaged team of consultants in the practice through mentoring, coaching and training activities. Resolving teams hiring complications and keeping them motivated to achieve company goals is her major role in NTM.
