Nagaraj is NovoTree Minds co-founder and managing director located in Moodbidri-coastal part of Mangalore (Karnataka). He is the member of the Management Committee and works towards the quality of deliverables. He superintends closely with team leaders within the firm to position and execute plan strategized by the directors to support the objectives laid for NovoTree Minds.

A visionary dreamer and leader who believes in the power of people engagement in executing strategies for impact on top-lines and bottom-lines. Driven by an innate zeal for differentiated value-based leadership. He brings innovative approach to situations and positive changes. He employs a brilliance of business leadership skills such as sharp business acumen, trust on client partners for long term partnership, and has very sharp analytical & organization skills in project management, financial planning and formulating strategies and above all people management skills to create high energy impact for business turnaround.

Apart from his professional life, he is a hodophile who enjoys savoring different cuisines with kith and kin, likes to stay updated with management trends and loves to click pictures capturing amazing memories

Being in the system for 17+ years, he is arched at recruitment process and developed gracious strength against challenges. He propounds recruitment expertise from different industries across Technology, Analytics, Non-Technology. He been experiential at recruitment, managing clients and building team over the years that led towards the expansion of the company to a much greater extend.

Prior to the shaping of NovoTree Minds, he worked as a Manager at PeopleSmart Consultants Ltd.  He lead a Team of experienced consultants along with Client Development Management to support respective clients. He was responsible for mapping productive norms, training sessions to build relationship that could act as a supportive bridge between clients and candidates. Stood out in terms of creative programs to engage employees and build their interest by the concept of work with fun. As Quality & OD Member, helped the PSCL in terms of creating different process, anchoring teams & individual development activities.
