We’re looking for top-notch Software Development Engineers who will deliver on key initiatives, starting from the ideation phase all the way through requirement definition, analysis, technical specifications, development and product delivery. This is a highly visible role that requires an understanding of our large, complex technical environment and has the opportunity to create simple, & elegant software application.

Responsibilities:

• Creating architectures & designs for new solutions around existing and new problem spaces at FreeCharge.
• You will be an integral member in the design, analysis, development and deployment efforts for multiple enterprise application projects to solve complex business problems
• Participating in code reviews, design reviews, architecture discussions.
• Work closely with engineering and product managers to define the product and technical roadmap
• Oversee Architecture & design of technically robust, flexible and scalable solutions.
• Experiment with new & relevant technologies and tools, and drive adoption while measuring yourself on the impact you are able to create.
• Implementation of long term technology vision

Desired Skills:

• Loves coding
• Javascript web development experience on large scale, high-volume sites or web applications.
• Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3
• Must have experience into Node.JS
• Very Strong System design and OO skills
• Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases
• Solid coding skills with ability to drive teams through massive refactoring exercise & improve coding standards across large code bases
• Experience & exposure to a variety of large scale persistent systems including large databases
• Exposure to complete product development cycles – From inception to production to scaling up, supporting new requirements, re-architectures
• Must be comfortable working in fuzzy environments – where boundaries aren’t clearly defined.
• Take complete ownership of multiple modules
• Excellent Problem Solving skills for complex & large scale problems
• Passion to solve real problems
• Excellent Mentoring skills – Be the technical mentor to your team.

Experience: 6-8 Yrs.

Educational Qualification – Bachelor / Master’s degree in CS/ME/IT/ Related Technology
