AVP – Production Assurance -Infra

Production Assurance (Payments). Accountable for the maintenance of all projects and systems on 24*7 basis supporting the Corporate digital payments and Collections systems portfolio. Handle high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance.

• Operate in close coordination with respective Production Assurance application team leads to maintain system uptime, TAT and end user satisfaction.
• Architecting a resilient application by reviewing configuration of DB and middleware systems.
• Monitor and report service level performance of respective applications.
• Perform root cause analysis for application issues due to infrastructure.
• Participate in the evaluation, selection and implementation of tools for performance monitoring, tuning and high availability.
• Operate under regulatory framework and ensure compliance to Infosec, Risk and process requirements from the database and middleware side.

Years of experience – 8 to 12 Years

Location – Mumbai

Experience – 8-10 years’ experience in Middleware and database stack

Payment Domain experience.

OCP or MS-SQL certified

WAS OR Weblogic certification

Should be a SME and have proven experience in Middleware and database stack. Able to review Middleware and database architecture and provide suggestions.
