Role:-
You will join the Tech Leadership team and bring your dynamic, innovative and visionary skills to the table. You will lead the team in delivering excellence in Banking, Trade and Supply Chain Finance, and Treasury domains, and spearhead large-scale digital transformation projects that meet or exceed the industry standards and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include ensuring high operational performance, service quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish a position of the point of reference and escalation for all matter related to the Trade, Treasury, Supply Chain Finance and Banking space.
• Ensures best practice approaches for streamlining and optimization processes through workflow design and technology
• Good techno functional understanding of Trade and Supply Chain platform.
• Owning and translating the solution for the development team
• Partner closely with product, design and engineering to develop program milestones, track progress and provide transparency to stakeholders
• Implement governance standards across the portfolio: Audits (Internal + External), DR Drills, VA-PT-AppSec
• Recruits, directs, motivate and develop staff, maximizing their individual contributions, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively.
• Define and track performance objectives for all direct reports. Mentor and support the growth of high-potential individuals..
• Perform continuous review and adjustment of the organization structure and capacity plans to adjust to business priorities.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across the Group

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited four (4) year college or university
• Extensive knowledge and first-hand experience of Financial Markets products and trade life cycle.
• Technology exposure to Java J2EE, Oracle, IBM WAS, PL/SQL, Jenkins, Artifactory
• Expert in full life-cycle software design and implementation with post-implementation support.
• Advanced in planning, organizing and leading technology projects in Financial Markets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with senior business stakeholders and executive committees.

Role Proficiencies
You will a seasoned professional with 18+ years of experience in Trade and Banking, who has a deep understanding of the product and how to implement it successfully. You are a leader who can provide direction and guidance to your team, and handle uncertainty with confidence. You have a solid grasp of the operational processes across various functions and departments in the Bank/market, and you are well-versed in Agile and lean methodologies. You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and you can present your ideas effectively. You are outgoing and assertive, and you can build strong relationships and influence others. You are a team player who can work well with a diverse range of stakeholders, and you are disciplined and structured, with a focus on delivering results.
